The building recently sold to a user after being leased to Pioneer Metals for six years , and also sold off separately the excess land of two acres via seller financing. Original Equity received a 43% cash on cash return during ownership, and an overall IRR of 90% after the disposition. Ownership continues to hold the note on the 2 acres next door.
