The Gutow Company, founded in 2003, is a commercial real estate development and management company based in Dallas, Texas. Our primary focus is the acquistion of value add properties in the Dallas Fort Worth market, including office, retail and multi-family assets.

About Us
Craig Gutow founded The Gutow Company in 2003 and continues to serve as its Principal today. He has over 25 years of real estate experience that includes brokerage, management, and real estate acquisitions and development. Being able to wear multiple hats over his career has allowed him to see and understand every facet of commercial real estate. Mr. Gutow holds a Texas Real Estate License and has been a long-term member of the ICSC. He is a proud father of three wonderful children and recently celebrated twenty years of marriage with his wife Marcy.
